They definitely stick to the health/insurance provider standard of keeping the patients' time w/ the doctor to within 5-10 minutes (which I absolutely hate). Doctor said that I had a deviated septum, and that the only fix would be surgery (septoplasty & turbinate reduction). Coincidentally, I had a friend that got the same prognosis elsewhere; but his doctor had told him he would only need to take a day off from work, whereas the doctor here said I'd have to take a full week off (so that discrepancy was a bit annoying). I'll probably go to the doctor that my friend saw just because he seemed a bit more receptive/responsive, and did not my friend feel rushed that he had to get out of there. Also, I do not want to lose a week of PTO over something that would only require a one day recovery period.

The staff are great. Dr. Clark performed surgery on my neck in 2011. I recently saw him about another condition. My primary care physician said that Dr. Clark is the best ENT doctor in the Triangle. I agree completely. If you want the best ENT care, choose Dr Clark.

My daughter had her adenoids removed by Dr. Brown. The whole process was as pleasant as it could be given the circumstances. My daughter loved the staff and her recovery was quick.

I've been seeing Dr Clark for years and I simply love him. I get tubes in every other year and I know I can count on him to vacuum out the sludge in my inner ear and get the tube in right every time. This is not a simple process as he does it with only a local anesthesia for me and it sounds like a shop vac inside your head, but I always hear so much better afterwards.I've never had a billing issue or any issues with balance billing.

Dr. Price and Dr. Dennis are awesome. They both took very well care of my son and they are extremely kid friendly with a bedside manner to their patients.
